11.Dynamic sumo squats
12.Elephant walks+push up
13.Half dumbbell swing @12kg
14.Side-kicks with legs 
15.High knees
16.Bench dips
17.Knee-hugs
18.High knees
19.Double crunches
20.Butt-kick jumps
